• The New Student Referral Program awards a referring Springhouse family with a $200 tuition credit for each new student that is referred to and actually enrolls in and attends Springhouse Community School for a minimum of 1 full semester. There is no limit to the amount of credit that can be earned through this program ($200 credit for 1 new student enrolled, $400 credit for 2 new students enrolled, $600 credit for 3 new students enrolled, etc.)

  • The referral program is for the person responsible for paying tuition for enrolled students, as listed on the contract.

    • Families who pay by semester will receive half of the total tuition credit at the beginning of each semester.

    • Families who pay monthly will receive the tuition credit spread out evenly over their monthly payments.

  • Referred students must be enrolled by the beginning of the school year and have paid their deposit and first tuition payment for the referring family to receive their first distribution of the tuition credit during the first semester. If a referred student begins in the middle of the first semester, the tuition credit will be distributed during the second semester.

  • A signed New Student Referral Program form must be on file in the office prior to distribution of the credit and the corresponding name must be indicated in the Referral Verification box on the new student’s Enrollment Application.

  • Failure to turn in a completed New Student Referral Program form will make the referring family ineligible for the reward.

  • The New Student Referral Program is limited to the referral of brand new families and does not apply to students returning
to Springhouse or to families who have previously had students at Springhouse.

  • New Student Referral Program forms are available on the Springhouse website or in the office. Completed forms should
    be submitted to the office.
