Organizational Mentoring

In these troubled, uncertain times, we don’t need more command and control; we need better means to engage everyone’s intelligence in solving challenges and crises as they arise.

~ Margaret Wheatley

Are you an organization experiencing a lack of relationship and connection in your institutional culture?

Are you a leader looking to inspire and reorient your staff?

Are you unclear on your mission and purpose as an organization, or is what you want not aligned with the structure you created?

The Springhouse organizational mentoring program may be what you are looking for.

Springhouse is a community - a culture that is oriented deeply around wholeness. We have learned a lot about what it takes to be in authentic community and much of that has to do with facing the personal and cultural shadow of our school, community, and culture. The Springhouse team is:

  • Oriented around its vision and mission

  • Continually practicing being seen, heard, and valued

  • Consistently invited to offer our unique gifts

  • Challenged and invited into the risk of growth regularly through honest and compassionate feedback

  • Evaluated in a way that honors the beauty and individuality of each person

An organization, a community, and even a culture has a shadow. They also have a soulful center that, if not known, can derail an organization’s mission or calling. This program offers organizations the opportunity to explore their culture and explore where center is for them. Springhouse organizational mentoring includes:

  • Assessment

  • Deep listening and dialogue

  • Learning tools to build connection

  • Support through the transformational process

In this program, you have the opportunity to explore the deep potential of your organization, as well as what gets in the way of fulfilling that potential.

One-time Consultation: $250

  • 3-hour consultation with organizational leadership

Sustained Consultation: $800

  • Organizational Culture Assessment

  • Three 1.5 hour mentoring meetings with organizational leadership

  • Two meetings with whole organization
