ANTI-RACISM WORK

We Stand in Solidarity
Springhouse stands in solidarity with racial justice efforts. We will continue to listen to, learn from, and lift up the voices of Black and Indigenous People of Color as well as prioritize the work we must do as a mostly white organization and community.
Writing and Unraveling White
Writing and Unraveling White: Uncover, expose, and dismantle embedded white body supremacy ideas, thoughts, and beliefs within

Writing and Unraveling White is a deep dive into exploring and excavating our internal beliefs and biases about race while also recognizing how embedded white body supremacy is in ourselves. This course is rooted in an embodied writing practice (pen and paper!) along with small group discussion, sharing what we unravel as we write.
